Waiting for your print-work? Getting impatient? Then spare a thought for the guys who printed Shakespeare’s work back in 1623.

It took them the best part of TWO YEARS to print a compilation of the bearded bard’s 36 plays. The book, entitled ‘The First Folio’, consisted of 630 pages and took so long to produce that they were able to proofread and correct it during the printing process.

Makes you really appreciate the super-fast, time-saving Xerox machines we enjoy today.
